We founded Soffietto's after our third baby arrived. juggling four social enterprises and a business home life, coffee became a necessity.

We soon got sick of the plastic packaging and arbitrary tastes from multi-national blends and thought we could do better. It turns out starting a coffee company is a huge undertaking (who knew!) but with an award-winning social entrepreneurial background, and a thirst to make Coffee a tool for fundamental environmental change, Soffietto's was born. Catering for both direct to consumer and wholesale needs, we bridge the gap between the world of extraordinarily great tasting coffee and the need for a sustainable product that helps to protect our forests whilst funding clean water projects in developing nations.

OUR IMPACT

From planting trees to restore our rainforests through to funding clean water projects and supporting research into sustainable coffee plantations, Soffietto’s is built with a social mission in mind.

As part of the multi-award winning not for profit BMABA Group, whilst actively helping to protect our environment and fund crucial work with every pack sold, we also gift our profits to the Fighting Chance Foundation which uses martial arts as a tool for social change here in the UK, targeting knife crime, childhood poverty, male suicide, violence against women and girls and other key issues.

Business doesn’t have to be about the shareholders.

As you may have guessed by the name Soffietto’s, we’re of Italian descent and we passionate identify with Coffee’s staple presence in Italian life. There’s a reason we all know Coffee by the Italian name here in the UK (Espresso, Latte and so on) and we’re keen to honour this by ensuring our blends are built on the best roasts and the finest quality beans.
